Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted soap and body products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Return Process
